Happiest New Year to all of you 🥰Although I was super happy approaching the new year after so many beautiful adventures, people and memories made in 2019 when finally the new year, the new decade was here I caught myself drowning in doubts. So many little projects, adventures and dreams I have for the new year, that I was only looking forward to with excitement so far, suddenly turned to fears and doubts. Am I good enough? Both on a personal level as well as on a career level. And although I know better, I KNOW I am not my thoughts and I also KNOW that my thoughts form my personal reality(in this case it felt like a mean, negative downward spiral) and therefore keep them elevated and positive. But then you are also only human. And as much as I am looking forward for everything that is awaiting me I got into this limiting pattern of questioning and fearing my own potential. And I stuck with those emotions. I was sad and cried some tears. And I slept on it. And I am fine again. Sometimes you need the downs for the highs ✨ I am telling you this to let you know that if you had or have or will have any similar moments(I am sure we all do) IT IS OK ❤️ but don’t let those put you down, appreciate them, live them and then wake up the next day and tell yourself what a special beautiful human you are and KICK ASS 🥰🙏🏼
